Our Productivity Systems team within Grab Technology Services (internal IT) manages mission critical all employee platforms, as well as automation and integration solutions between key internal IT systems.
Get to know the Role
In the Automation and Integration team you will be responsible for:
Driving value for Grab through automations: finding the opportunities by proactively working together with other internal IT or business stakeholders, creating solutions that add value, delivering and supporting them excellence
Manage demand pipeline, requirement gathering and definition, and make portfolio decisions
Manage both project delivery and operational support excellence (project delivery, support and changes to existing automations)
Be the champion and evangelist of automation capabilities within GTS and with key stakeholder functions senior leadership
The must-have skills
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to co-create long-term business & technology roadmaps and improve engagement models
Functional exposure (e.g. solution consultant, business analyst) to designing end-to-end complex automations between multiple systems
Solid technical foundation (even with limited hands-on experience) in enterprise SaaS / PaaS integration, automation, and API management platforms such as Workato (preferred), Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, TibCo, JitterBit etc..
Knowledge of RESTful API’s and and data structures (JSON)
Exposure with Cloud business applications either in functional areas like Workday, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce or productivity platforms like GSuite, Slack, Office 365
A passion for motivating, developing and mentoring internal & external teams; strong in hiring, team building and organizational development
Solid ITIL knowledge on service operations and service management. Experience with different project management approaches (e.g. waterfall, agile)
Vendor / stakeholder and people management skills, experience with RFP’s, procurement processes and budgeting Excellent soft skills - able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Open-minded, creative and innovative.
Really nice to have skills
Database/query knowledge (DynamoDB, MySQL, Presto, ElasticSearch) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
