Grab’s like a rocket ship – it’s on an unstoppable growth path and it carries with it such tremendous impact for the region. Though we work very hard, we don’t work blindly. We know what we need to do so there’s flexibility in getting the work done and having time for other important aspects of our lives too.

Joshua Chiang

Regional Head (Automotive, Energy & Hospitality Partnerships), Group Business Development

"You need a high level of self-awareness to be in Business Development at Grab. You also need confidence and grit. There will be challenges that seem impossible to solve, but it's only a matter of determination."

Hazel Chen

Regional Head (Maps, Defence, Gaming Partnerships) Group Business Development

"In Business Development, we pick things up and run with them. We fight and we make up. We rant and we celebrate. We take pride in building strategic partnerships that benefit Grab in its entirety and our ecosystem of partners and customers."
