Brand of The Year, 2020-2021 EFFIE Malaysia Awards
Grab has won ‘Brand of The Year’ in the 2020 – 2021 EFFIE Malaysia Awards! We are grateful to our brand partners Google Fishermen Integrated Ensemble Kingdom Digital, as well as our dedicated Grabbers who have worked on our campaigns, clinching a total of 1 gold, 3 silver, 4 bronze, and 6 finalists!
Apart from our brand and business driving campaigns, 4 of this year’s EFFIE awards (2 silvers, 2 bronze) were in recognition of our #GrabForGood efforts empowering different micropreneurs, traditional businesses and PWDs in Malaysia.

In the Marketing and Communications team, we’re constantly discovering the stories of our everyday partners, and we’re touched by the story our delivery rider partner, Mr Sarifee Josle has shared with us.
Mr Sarifee first joined Grab as a delivery rider in 2018, leaving his four-year job as a supervisor in a moving company. During this time, his role as a delivery rider has empowered him to make time for his family, build a diverse work family with fellow riders, consumers and merchants.
