This Recruitment Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes how Grab Holdings Limited, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, associated companies and jointly controlled entities (collectively “Grab”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use, process and disclose your Personal Data for our recruitment processes.
This Privacy Notice applies to job applicants or candidates for employment, partnership or ad-hoc engagements who are involved in our recruitment processes (collectively referred to as “you”, “your” or “yours”).
“Personal Data” is any information which can be used to identify you or from which you are identifiable. This includes but is not limited to your name, nationality, telephone number, bank details, personal interests, email address, your image, government-issued identification numbers, biometric data, race, date of birth, marital status, religion, health information, vehicle and insurance information, employment information and financial information.
We typically collect, use, disclose or otherwise process your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice with your consent, or in compliance with applicable laws, such as where:
- it is required for us to comply with legal requirements;
- it is required for us to enter into or perform a contract with you; and/or
- for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of any other persons, including but not limited to for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice.
I. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We collect (and may combine) Personal Data about you in the ways listed below:
You provide your Personal Data to us
We collect your Personal Data when you provide it to us. For example, when you:
- apply for a job opening via our career site, external job portals, in person at interviews and/or events or via any other channels;
- this may include Personal Data such as name, email address, correspondence or home address, phone number, educational background, your employment history, prior job applications, skills and experience, current or desired salary, terms relating to compensation packages and other job preferences that may constitute Personal Data, as you may provide to us);
- agree to proceed through our recruitment process;
- this may include any Personal Data that we obtain about you through interviews, phone screenings and/or assessments;
- accept a job offer with us;
- this may include any Personal Data that we obtain about you through background screenings, compiling and investigating your employment history, criminal records and financial records as permitted by applicable laws (whether by us or our third party service providers that we utilize to facilitate and enhance our recruitment processes (“Third Party Service Providers”);
- visit our career site (such as your traffic data, location data, weblogs and other related data);
- contact us about your job applications and/or the status or progress of your job application.
When you provide the Personal Data of other individuals to us, you represent and warrant that you have notified and sought the consent of these individuals that their Personal Data will be disclosed to us and may be processed for the relevant Purposes. This may include any persons whose Personal Data you choose to furnish to us (such your referees, emergency contacts, next-of-kin, spouse or any other family members).
From other sources
We may collect your Personal Data from other sources. Such sources include:
- Grab employees who recommends or refers you as a candidate for a specific job opening;
- Third Party Service Providers (e.g. recruitment partners who may recommend you as a candidate for a specific job opening);
- Academic institutions (e.g. universities, colleges), previous employers and your referees in validating information that you have provided; and
- Other publicly available sources that you may have published your Personal Data on, such as LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
II. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Grab may use your Personal Data for the following purposes set out in the list below (“Purposes”):
- Assessing and evaluating your skills, qualifications, interests against our career opportunities or suitability for employment with Grab and to ensure a fair, inclusive and ethical recruitment process;
- Communicating with you about the recruitment process and your application(s)
- Enhancing any information that we receive from you with information obtained from Third Party Service Providers;
- Verifying your identity and the accuracy of information provided, carrying out reference checks and conducting background checks (where applicable);
- Considering you for other current or future jobs with us and to help us better understand, analyze and improve our application and recruitment processes;
- Communicating and including you as part of our talent community;
- Carrying out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between Grab and third parties in relation to your recruitment;
- Creating and submitting reports as required under any applicable laws;
- Protecting the rights and property of Grab, our users, job applicants and candidates or the public as required or permitted by law;
- Carrying out administrative and human resources related processes within Grab (such as to grant you access to Grab’s resources as an employee or processing any claims or complaints);
- Detecting, preventing or otherwise addressing fraud, security or technical issues;
- Seeking any professional advice (including but not limited to legal advice) in connection with any matter involving Grab and/or you; and
- For legal purposes, such as to facilitating our compliance with any laws, regulations, guidelines, customs, legal processes, governmental requests or court orders
III. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We need to share Personal Data with various parties for the Purposes. These parties include:
- Our affiliates and/or subsidiaries in the various countries and jurisdictions in which Grab operates (to facilitate the recruitment and employment process);
- Third Party Service Providers (to facilitate the recruitment and employment process);
- Legal advisors, law enforcement officials, governmental authorities or other related third parties (for compliance with any legal obligations); and
- Any other third parties whom your Personal Data may reasonably be required to be disclosed to (e.g. to a current Grab employee who had referred you for a job position with Grab).
In certain situations, while applying for a job position with Grab, your Personal Data may be collected directly by Third Party Service Providers in their capacity as an independent data controller (i.e. they do not process Personal Data for and on behalf of Grab in accordance with Grab’s instructions, but determine their own purposes in processing your Personal Data). You acknowledge and understand that such Third Party Service Providers will process your Personal Data in accordance with their own policies and procedures and you should refer to their privacy notices and/or contact them to exercise any rights you may have in relation to your Personal Data that is in their possession. |
IV. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the Purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law. Once your Personal Data is no longer necessary for the Purposes, or we no longer have a legal or business purpose for retaining your Personal Data, we take steps to erase, destroy, anonymise or prevent access or use of such Personal Data for any purpose other than compliance with this Privacy Notice, or for purposes of safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.
Subject to the above, you may request for your Personal Data to be deleted via one of the following methods:
- By logging in to your candidate account on our job application portal, applicant tracking system or any other channel we may make available to you and submitting your deletion request through the portal; or
- By contacting us through the form provided below.
V. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your Personal Data may be transferred from country, state and city (“Home Country”) in which you are present to another country, state and city (“Alternate Country”) for the Purposes.
When we transfer your Personal Data from your Home Country to the Alternate Country, we will comply with our legal and regulatory obligations in relation to your Personal Data, including having a lawful basis for transferring Personal Data and putting appropriate safeguards in place to ensure an adequate level of protection for the Personal Data. We will also ensure that the recipient in Alternate Country is obliged to protect your Personal Data at a standard of protection comparable to the protection under applicable laws.
Our lawful basis will be either consent (i.e. we may ask for your consent to transfer your Personal Data from your Home Country to the Alternate Country at the time you provide your Personal Data) or one of the safeguards permissible by laws.
VI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We will take reasonable legal, organisational and technical measures to ensure that your Personal Data is protected. This includes measures to prevent Personal Data from getting lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your Personal Data to our employees on a need to know basis. Those processing your Personal Data will only do so in an authorised manner and are required to treat your information with confidentiality.
Nevertheless, please understand that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data transmitted through any online means, therefore, any transmission remains at your own risk.
VII. YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you may be entitled to:
- inquire about the processing of your Personal Data and be provided with a copy of it;
- in some cases, request the correction and/or deletion of your Personal Data;
- in some cases, request the restriction of or object to the processing of your Personal Data;
- withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data (where we are processing your Personal Data based on your consent);
- request receipt or transmission to another organisation, in a machine-readable form, of the Personal Data that you have provided to us where we are using your Personal Data based on consent or performance of a contract; and
- complain to the relevant data privacy authority if your data privacy rights are violated, or if you have suffered detriment as a result of unlawful processing of your Personal Data.
You may submit a request to delete your Personal Data by logging into your candidate account on our applicant tracking system (e.g. Workday). Otherwise, you are also able to submit a request to exercise any of your rights via the form set out in this Privacy Notice.
Where you are given the option to share your Personal Data with us, you can always choose not to do so. If we have requested your consent to processing and you later choose to withdraw it, we will respect that choice in accordance with our legal obligations.
However, choosing not to share your Personal Data with us, withdrawing your consent to our use of it or to your agreement with our Privacy Notice could mean that we are no longer able to achieve the Purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, such as to continue considering you for a job position with Grab or to continue any recruitment processes.
After you have chosen to withdraw your consent, we may be able to continue to process your Personal Data to the extent required or otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
We will screen and verify all requests beforehand. In order to verify your identity and/or authority to make the request, we may require you to provide supporting information or documentation to corroborate the request. Once verified, we will give effect to your request within the timelines prescribed by applicable laws.
VIII. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
Grab may modify, update or amend the terms in this Privacy Notice at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website https://grab.careers/. It is your responsibility to review the Privacy Notice regularly. By continuing to engage with our recruitment staff or applying to our job openings, following the effective date of the modifications, updates or amendments to this Privacy Notice, whether or not reviewed by you, shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such amendments.

Notis Privasi Perekrutan ini (“Notis Privasi”) menerangkan bagaimana Grab Holdings Limited, syarikat-syarikat subsidiari, syarikat-syarikat bersekutu, dan entiti-entiti yang dikawal bersama (secara kolektif “Grab” atau “kami“) mengumpul, menggunakan, memproses dan menzahirkan Data Peribadi anda untuk proses perekrutan kami.

II. PENGGUNAAN DATA PERIBADI
Grab boleh menggunakan Data Peribadi anda untuk tujuan berikut yang dinyatakan dalam senarai di bawah (“Tujuan”):
- Menilai kemahiran, kelayakan, minat anda terhadap peluang kerjaya atau kesesuaian kami untuk pekerjaan dengan Grab dan untuk memastikan proses perekrutan yang adil, inklusif dan beretika;
- Berkomunikasi dengan anda tentang proses perekrutan dan permohonan anda
- Meningkatkan sebarang maklumat yang kami terima daripada anda dengan maklumat yang diperoleh daripada Pembekal Perkhidmatan Pihak Ketiga;
- Mengesahkan identiti anda dan ketepatan maklumat yang diberikan, menjalankan pemeriksaan rujukan dan menjalankan pemeriksaan latar belakang (jika berkenaan);
- Mempertimbangkan anda untuk pekerjaan semasa atau akan datang dengan kami dan untuk membantu kami memahami, menganalisis dan menambah baik proses permohonan dan perekrutan kami dengan lebih baik;
- Berkomunikasi dan termasuk anda sebagai sebahagian daripada komuniti bakat kami;
- Menjalankan kewajipan kami yang timbul daripada sebarang kontrak yang dibuat antara Grab dan pihak ketiga berkaitan dengan perekrutan anda;
- Mencipta dan menyerahkan laporan seperti yang diperlukan di bawah mana-mana undang-undang yang terpakai;

III. PENZAHIRAN DATA PERIBADI
Kami perlu berkongsi Data Peribadi dengan pelbagai pihak untuk Tujuan. Pihak-pihak ini termasuk:
- Ahli gabungan dan/atau anak syarikat kami di pelbagai negara dan bidang kuasa dimana Grab beroperasi (untuk memudahkan proses perekrutan dan pekerjaan);
- Pembekal Perkhidmatan Pihak Ketiga (untuk memudahkan proses perekrutan dan pekerjaan);
- Penasihat undang-undang, pegawai penguatkuasa undang-undang, pihak berkuasa kerajaan atau pihak ketiga lain yang berkaitan (untuk mematuhi sebarang kewajipan undang-undang); dan
- Mana-mana pihak ketiga lain yang mana Data Peribadi anda mungkin perlu didedahkan secara munasabah kepada (cth. kepada pekerja Grab semasa yang telah merujuk anda untuk jawatan kerja dengan Grab).
Dalam situasi tertentu, semasa memohon jawatan kerja dengan Grab, Data Peribadi anda mungkin dikumpul terus oleh Pembekal Perkhidmatan Pihak Ketiga dalam kapasiti mereka sebagai pengawal data bebas (iaitu mereka tidak memproses Data Peribadi untuk dan bagi pihak Grab mengikut arahan Grab, tetapi tentukan tujuan mereka sendiri dalam memproses Data Peribadi anda). IV. PENYIMPANAN DATA PERIBADI
Kami mengekalkan Data Peribadi anda untuk tempoh yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi Tujuan yang digariskan dalam Notis Privasi ini melainkan tempoh pengekalan yang lebih lama diperlukan atau dibenarkan oleh undang-undang. Sebaik sahaja Data Peribadi anda tidak lagi diperlukan untuk Tujuan, atau kami tidak lagi mempunyai tujuan undang-undang atau perniagaan untuk mengekalkan Data Peribadi anda, kami mengambil langkah untuk memadam, memusnahkan, menamakan atau menghalang akses atau penggunaan Data Peribadi tersebut untuk sebarang tujuan lain. daripada pematuhan Notis Privasi ini, atau untuk tujuan keselamatan, keselamatan, pencegahan dan pengesanan penipuan, selaras dengan keperluan undang-undang yang berkenaan.

V. PEMINDAHAN DATA PERIBADI ANTARABANGSA
Data Peribadi anda mungkin dipindahkan dari negara, negeri dan bandar (“Negara Asal”) di mana anda hadir ke negara, negeri dan bandar lain (“Negara Ganti”) untuk Tujuan.
Apabila kami memindahkan Data Peribadi anda dari Negara Asal anda ke Negara Ganti, kami akan mematuhi kewajipan undang-undang dan kawal selia kami berhubung dengan Data Peribadi anda, termasuk mempunyai asas yang sah untuk memindahkan Data Peribadi dan meletakkan perlindungan yang sesuai untuk memastikan yang mencukupi tahap perlindungan untuk Data Peribadi. Kami juga akan memastikan bahawa penerima di Negara Ganti bertanggungjawab untuk melindungi Data Peribadi anda pada standard perlindungan yang setanding dengan perlindungan di bawah undang-undang yang berkenaan.

VI. PERLINDUNGAN DATA PERIBADI

VII. HAK ANDA MENGENAI DATA PERIBADI ANDA
Selaras dengan undang-undang dan peraturan yang berkenaan, anda mungkin berhak untuk:

- dalam beberapa kes, minta pembetulan dan/atau pemadaman Data Peribadi anda;
- dalam sesetengah kes, minta sekatan atau membantah pemprosesan Data Peribadi anda;
- menarik balik persetujuan anda untuk pemprosesan Data Peribadi anda (di mana kami memproses Data Peribadi anda berdasarkan persetujuan anda);
- meminta resit atau penghantaran kepada organisasi lain, dalam bentuk yang boleh dibaca mesin, Data Peribadi yang anda berikan kepada kami di mana kami menggunakan Data Peribadi anda berdasarkan persetujuan atau pelaksanaan kontrak; dan
- mengadu kepada pihak berkuasa privasi data yang berkaitan jika hak privasi data anda dilanggar, atau jika anda telah mengalami kerugian akibat pemprosesan yang menyalahi undang-undang Data Peribadi anda.
Anda boleh menghantar permintaan untuk memadamkan Data Peribadi anda dengan melog masuk ke akaun calon anda pada sistem penjejakan pemohon kami (cth. Workday). Jika tidak, anda juga boleh mengemukakan permohonan untuk melaksanakan mana-mana hak anda melalui borang yang ditetapkan dalam Notis Privasi ini.
Apabila anda diberi pilihan untuk berkongsi Data Peribadi anda dengan kami, anda sentiasa boleh memilih untuk tidak berbuat demikian. ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวเกี่ยวกับการสรรหาบุคลากรของแกร็บฉบับนี้ (“ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว”) อธิบายถึงวิธีการที่บริษัทแกร็บ โฮลดิ้ง อิงค์ และบริษัทย่อยที่เกี่ยวข้อง บริษัทในเครือ บริษัทร่วมและบริษัทที่อยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมเดียวกัน (ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “แกร็บ”, “เรา”, “พวกเรา” หรือ “ของเรา”) ทำการเก็บรวบรวม, ใช้, ประมวลผล และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณเพื่อดำเนินกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรของเรา

II.การใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
แกร็บอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคลของคุณเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้ด้านล่างนี้ (“วัตถุประสงค์”)
- วิเคราะห์และประเมินความสามารถ คุณสมบัติ ความสนใจของคุณกับโอกาสการทำงานของเรา หรือ ความเหมาะสมสำหรับการทำงานกับแกร็บ และเพื่อทำให้เป็นที่มั่นใจว่ากระบวนการสรรหาบุคคลากรนั้นเป็นธรรม ครอบคลุม และ เป็นไปตามหลักจริยธรรม
- ติดต่อสื่อสารกับคุณเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรและการสมัครงานของคุณ
- ปรับปรุงข้อมูลที่เราได้รับจากคุณกับข้อมูลที่เราได้รับจากผู้ให้บริการบุคคลที่สามให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
- ยืนยันตัวตนของคุณและความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่คุณส่งมอบให้แก่เรา ดำเนินการตรวจสอบประวัติย้อนหลังและบุคคลอ้างอิง (หากมี)
- พิจารณาคุณสำหรับตำแหน่งงานอื่นกับเราในปัจจุบันหรือในอนาคต และเพื่อช่วยให้เราสามารถเข้าใจ วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงกระบวนการรับสมัครและสรรหาบุคลากรของเราได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

- คุ้มครองสิทธิและทรัพย์สินของแกร็บ ผู้ใช้บริการของเรา ผู้สมัครหรือผู้ที่ได้รับเลือกเพื่อพิจารณาเข้าทำงาน หรือของสาธารณะตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดหรืออนุญาต
- ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับงานธุรการและทรัพยากรบุคคลที่เกียวข้องภายในแกร็บ (เช่น การให้สิทธิการเข้าถึงทรัพยากรของแกร็บเนื่องจากการเป็นพนักงาน หรือการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการเรียกร้องหรือข้อร้องเรียน)
- ตรวจจับ ป้องกัน หรือ กล่าวถึงปัญหาการทุจริต ความปลอดถัยและปัญหาทางเทคนิค
- สอบถามคำแนะนำจากผู้เชียวชาญ (รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะคำปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประเด็นต่าง ๆ ที่แกร็บและ/หรือคุณมีส่วนร่วม และ
- เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางกฎหมาย เช่น เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบ แนวทาง การศุลกากร กระบวนการทางกฎหมาย คำร้องขอจากหน่วยงานราชการ หรือคำสั่งศาล
III.การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราจำเป็นต้องแบ่งปันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้แก่หลายฝ่ายเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนด โดยผู้ที่เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้นั้นรวมถึง
- บริษัทในเครือ และ/หรือบริษัทย่อยของเราในหลายประเทศและเขตอำนาจที่แกร็บปฏิบัติการ (เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรและการจ้างงาน)
- ผู้ให้บริการบุคคลที่สาม (เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรและการจ้างงาน)
- ผู้ให้คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้บังคับใช้กฎหมาย หน่วยงานราชการ หรือบุคคลที่สามที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เพื่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายอื่น ๆ ) และ
- บุคคลที่สามอื่น ๆ ที่มีเหตุจำเป็นที่เหมาะสมในการขอให้เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ (เช่น พนักงานปัจจุบันของแกร็บได้เสนอคุณเข้ามาเพื่อสมัครตำแหน่งงานที่เปิดรับกับแกร็บ)
ในบางกรณี เมื่อสมัครเข้าทำงานกับแกร็บ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณอาจถูกเก็บรวบรวมโดยตรงจากผู้ให้บริการบุคคลที่สามในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลอิสระ ( กล่าวคือ บุคคลเหล่านนั้นไม่ได้ทำการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลสำหรับหรือในนามของแกร็บตามคำสั่งของแกร็บ แต่กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ของตนเอง) คุณเข้าใจและรับทราบว่าผู้ให้บริการบุคคลที่สามดังกล่าวจะประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณตามที่กำหนดไว้ในนโยบายและการดำเนินงานของผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าว และคุณควรอ้างถึงประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ให้บริการเหล่านั้น และ/หรือติดต่อเพื่อใช้สิทธิเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่อยู่ในความครอบครองของผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าว |
IV.การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณไว้ตราบเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้ในประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายจะกำหนดหรืออนุญาตให้เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลนั้นไว้เกินกว่าระยะเวลาดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้ เมื่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณหมดความจำเป็นสำหรับวัตถุประสงค์เหล่านั้นหรือเราไม่มีเหตุผลทางกฎหมายหรือทางธุรกิจในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ เราจะทำการลบ ทำลาย ทำให้เป็นข้อมูลนิรนาม หรือ ป้องกันการเข้าถึงหรือใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ใด ๆ ที่นอกเหนือจากการปฏิบัติตามประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ของการรักษาความปลอดภัย ความมั่นคง การป้องกันและการตรวจจับการทุจริตตามที่กำหนดโดยกฎหมายที่บังคับใช้
ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดข้างต้น คุณอาจขอให้เราทำการลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณผ่านวิธีการดังต่อไปนี้
- โดยการเข้าสู่บัญชีผู้สมัครงานของคุณบนช่องทางการรับสมัครงานของเรา ระบบการติดตามการสมัครงาน หรือช่องทางอื่น ๆ ที่เรามีให้แก่คุณและทำการส่งคำขอลบข้อมูลผ่านช่องทางดังกล่าว หรือ

V.การโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังต่างประเทศ
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณอาจถูกโอนจากประเทศ รัฐ และเมือง (“ประเทศต้นทาง”) ที่คุณอยู่ปัจจุบันไปยังอีกประเทศ รัฐ และเมืองหนึ่ง (“ประเทศปลายทาง”) เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนด

Thông báo Quyền riêng tư trong Quy trình tuyển dụng Grab (“Thông báo Quyền riêng tư”) mô tả cách thức mà Công ty Grab Holdings, và các công ty con, các chi nhánh, các công ty liên kết và các đơn vị đồng kiểm soát (gọi chung là “Grab”, “chúng tôi”) sẽ thu thập, sử dụng, xử lý và chia sẻ Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn trong các quy trình tuyển dụng của chúng tôi .
Thông báo Quyền riêng tư này áp dụng cho tất cả các ứng viên nộp hồ sơ ứng tuyển, các đối tác hoặc các thỏa thuận đặc biệt có liên quan đến quy trình tuyển dụng của chúng tôi (gọi chung là “bạn”).
“Dữ liệu cá nhân” là bất kỳ thông tin nào có thể được sử dụng để nhận dạng bạn hoặc từ đó bạn có thể được nhận dạng. Các dữ liệu này bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở tên, quốc tịch, số điện thoại, chi tiết ngân hàng, sở thích cá nhân, địa chỉ email, hình ảnh của bạn, số CCCD/CMND, dữ liệu sinh trắc học, chủng tộc, ngày sinh, tình trạng hôn nhân, tôn giáo, thông tin sức khỏe, thông tin về phương tiện cơ giới và bảo hiểm, thông tin việc làm và thông tin tài chính.
Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập, sử dụng, chia sẻ hoặc xử lý Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn theo Thông báo Quyền riêng tư này khi có được sự đồng ý của bạn hoặc tuân theo pháp luật hiện hành, chẳng hạn như khi:
- Chúng tôi được yêu cầu phải tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp lý;
- Chúng tôi ký kết hoặc thực hiện hợp đồng với bạn; và/hoặc
- Vì lợi ích hợp pháp của chúng tôi hoặc lợi ích hợp pháp của bất kỳ chủ thể nào khác, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn đối với các Mục đích được nêu trong Thông báo Quyền riêng tư này.
I. THU THẬP DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN
Chúng tôi thu thập (riêng lẻ hoặc cùng với các dữ liệu khác) Dữ liệu Cá nhân về bạn theo những cách được liệt kê bên dưới:
Bạn cung cấp Dữ liệu Cá nhân của mình cho chúng tôi.
Chúng tôi thu thập Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn khi bạn cung cấp cho chúng tôi. Ví dụ: khi bạn:
- nộp đơn ứng tuyển qua trang tuyển dụng của chúng tôi, cổng thông tin việc làm bên ngoài, trực tiếp tại các cuộc phỏng vấn và/hoặc sự kiện hoặc qua bất kỳ kênh nào khác;
- Các thông tin bạn cung cấp có thể bao gồm Dữ liệu Cá nhân như tên, địa chỉ email, địa chỉ hộp thư hoặc địa chỉ nhà, số điện thoại, trình độ học vấn, quá trình làm việc của bạn, các đơn xin việc trước đây, kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm, mức lương hiện tại hoặc mức lương mong muốn, các điều khoản liên quan đến các gói bồi thường và các ưu tiên công việc khác mà có thể cấu thành Dữ liệu Cá nhân;
- đồng ý tiến hành quy trình tuyển dụng của chúng tôi;
- việc này có thể bao gồm bất kỳ Dữ liệu Cá nhân nào mà chúng tôi có được về bạn thông qua các cuộc phỏng vấn, gọi điện thoại và/hoặc đánh giá;
- chấp nhận lời mời làm việc với chúng tôi
- việc này có thể bao gồm bất kỳ Dữ liệu Cá nhân nào mà chúng tôi có được về bạn thông qua sàng lọc lý lịch, tổng hợp và điều tra lịch sử việc làm, hồ sơ tội phạm và hồ sơ tài chính của bạn theo sự cho phép của luật hiện hành (dù là được chúng tôi thực hiện hay thông qua nhà cung cấp dịch vụ bên thứ ba mà chúng tôi sử dụng để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi và nâng cao chất lượng quy trình tuyển dụng của chúng tôi (“Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ bên thứ ba”);
- truy cập trang web đăng tuyển các vị trí của chúng tôi (chẳng hạn như dữ liệu lưu lượng truy cập, dữ liệu vị trí, nhật ký web và dữ liệu liên quan khác của bạn);
- liên hệ với chúng tôi về đơn ứng tuyển của bạn và/hoặc tình trạng hoặc tiến độ của đơn ứng tuyển của bạn.
Khi bạn cung cấp Dữ liệu Cá nhân của các cá nhân khác cho chúng tôi, bạn đại diện và đảm bảo rằng bạn đã thông báo và có được sự đồng ý của những cá nhân này rằng Dữ liệu Cá nhân của họ sẽ được tiết lộ cho chúng tôi và có thể được xử lý cho các Mục đích liên quan. Điều này có thể bao gồm bất kỳ cá nhân nào có Dữ liệu Cá nhân mà bạn chọn cung cấp cho chúng tôi (chẳng hạn như người được giới thiệu, người liên hệ khẩn cấp, người thân, vợ/chồng hoặc bất kỳ thành viên nào khác trong gia đình của bạn).
Từ các nguồn dữ liệu khác

- Nhân viên của Grab giới thiệu bạn với tư cách là ứng viên cho một vị trí tuyển dụng cụ thể;
- Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ bên thứ ba (ví dụ: đối tác tuyển dụng có thể giới thiệu bạn làm ứng viên cho một công việc cụ thể);
- Các tổ chức học thuật (ví dụ: trường đại học, cao đẳng), nhà tuyển dụng trước đây và người giới thiệu của bạn trong việc xác thực thông tin mà bạn đã cung cấp; và
- Các nguồn có sẵn công khai khác mà bạn có thể đã cung cấp Dữ liệu Cá nhân của mình, chẳng hạn như LinkedIn và các nền tảng truyền thông xã hội khác.
II.SỬ DỤNG DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN
Grab có thể sử dụng Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn cho các mục đích sau (“Mục đích”):
- Nhận xét và đánh giá các kỹ năng, trình độ, sở thích của bạn tương ứng với các yêu cầu từ các cơ hội nghề nghiệp của chúng tôi hoặc sự phù hợp để làm việc với Grab và để đảm bảo quy trình tuyển dụng công bằng, toàn diện và có đạo đức;
- Trao đổi với bạn về quy trình tuyển dụng và (các) đơn đăng ký của bạn;
- Làm rõ thêm bất kỳ thông tin nào mà chúng tôi nhận được từ bạn và thông tin thu được từ Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ bên thứ ba;
- Xác minh danh tính của bạn và tính chính xác của thông tin được cung cấp, thực hiện kiểm tra tham chiếu và tiến hành kiểm tra lý lịch (nếu có);
- Xem xét bạn cho các công việc hiện tại hoặc tương lai với chúng tôi và để giúp chúng tôi hiểu rõ hơn, phân tích và cải thiện quy trình ứng tuyển và tuyển dụng của mình;
- Trao đổi và đưa bạn vào danh sách cộng đồng tài năng của chúng tôi;
- Thực hiện các nghĩa vụ của chúng tôi phát sinh từ bất kỳ hợp đồng nào được ký kết giữa Grab và bên thứ ba liên quan đến việc tuyển dụng của bạn;
- Lập và gửi báo cáo theo yêu cầu của bất kỳ luật hiện hành nào;
- Bảo vệ quyền và tài sản của Grab, người dùng của chúng tôi, ứng viên hoặc công chúng theo yêu cầu hoặc được pháp luật cho phép;
- Thực hiện các quy trình liên quan đến hành chính và nhân sự trong Grab (chẳng hạn như cấp cho bạn quyền truy cập vào các tài nguyên của Grab với tư cách là nhân viên hoặc xử lý mọi yêu cầu hoặc khiếu nại);
- Phát hiện, ngăn chặn hoặc giải quyết các vấn đề gian lận, an ninh hoặc kỹ thuật;
- Tìm kiếm lời khuyên từ các chuyên gia (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở tư vấn pháp lý) liên quan đến bất kỳ vấn đề nào liên quan đến Grab và/hoặc bạn; và
- Cho các mục đích pháp lý, chẳng hạn như để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho chúng tôi tuân thủ mọi luật, quy định, nguyên tắc, phong tục, quy trình pháp lý, yêu cầu của chính phủ hoặc lệnh của tòa án
III.CHIA SẺ DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN
Chúng tôi cần chia sẻ Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn với các bên khác nhau cho các Mục đích. Các bên này bao gồm:
- Các chi nhánh và/hoặc công ty con của chúng tôi tại các quốc gia và khu vực tài phán khác nhau mà Grab hoạt động (để tạo thuận lợi cho quá trình tuyển dụng);
- Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ bên thứ ba (để tạo thuận lợi cho quá trình tuyển dụng);
- Cố vấn pháp lý, quan chức thực thi pháp luật, cơ quan chính phủ hoặc các bên thứ ba có liên quan khác (để tuân thủ mọi nghĩa vụ pháp lý); và
- Bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào khác mà Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn có thể được yêu cầu tiết lộ một cách hợp lý (ví dụ: nhân viên Grab hiện tại đã giới thiệu bạn cho một vị trí công việc với Grab).
Trong một số trường hợp nhất định, khi ứng tuyển vào một vị trí công việc tại Grab, Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn có thể được Nhà cung cấp Dịch vụ Bên Thứ ba thu thập trực tiếp với tư cách là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu độc lập (tức là họ không xử lý Dữ liệu Cá nhân cho và thay mặt cho Grab theo quy định hoặc hướng dẫn của Grab, nhưng xác định mục đích riêng của họ trong việc xử lý Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn). Bạn đồng ý và hiểu rằng các Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ Bên Thứ Ba đó sẽ xử lý Dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn theo các chính sách và thủ tục của riêng họ và bạn nên tham khảo các Thông báo Quyền riêng tư của họ và/hoặc liên hệ với họ để thực hiện bất kỳ quyền nào mà bạn có thể có liên quan đến Dữ liệu cá nhân của mình đang thuộc quyền sở hữu của họ. |
IV.DATA LƯU GIỮ DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN
Chúng tôi lưu giữ Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn trong một khoảng thời gian cần thiết để hoàn thành các Mục đích được nêu trong Thông báo Quyền riêng tư này trừ khi thời gian lưu giữ lâu hơn được yêu cầu hoặc được pháp luật cho phép. Khi Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn không còn cần thiết cho các Mục đích hoặc chúng tôi không còn mục đích kinh doanh hoặc pháp lý để lưu giữ Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thực hiện các bước để xóa, hủy, ẩn danh hoặc ngăn truy cập hoặc sử dụng Dữ liệu Cá nhân đó cho bất kỳ mục đích nào khác ngoài mục đích tuân thủ Thông báo Quyền riêng tư này hoặc vì mục đích an toàn, bảo mật, ngăn chặn và phát hiện gian lận, theo các yêu cầu của luật hiện hành.
Theo những điều trên, bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa Dữ liệu Cá nhân của mình thông qua một trong các phương pháp sau:
- Bằng cách đăng nhập vào tài khoản ứng viên của bạn trên cổng thông tin ứng tuyển việc làm của chúng tôi, hệ thống theo dõi ứng viên hoặc bất kỳ kênh nào khác mà chúng tôi có thể cung cấp cho bạn và gửi yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu của bạn thông qua cổng thông tin; hoặc là
- Bằng cách liên hệ với chúng tôi thông qua mẫu được cung cấp dưới đây.
V.CHUYỂN GIAO DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN RA NƯỚC NGOÀI
Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn có thể được chuyển từ quốc gia, tiểu bang và thành phố (“Quốc gia sở tại”) mà bạn đang sinh sống sang một quốc gia, tiểu bang và thành phố khác (“Quốc gia khác”) cho các Mục đích.
Khi chúng tôi chuyển Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn từ Quốc gia Sở tại của bạn sang Quốc gia khác, chúng tôi sẽ tuân thủ các nghĩa vụ pháp lý và quy định của chúng tôi liên quan đến Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn, bao gồm cả việc có cơ sở hợp pháp để chuyển Dữ liệu Cá nhân và áp dụng các biện pháp bảo vệ thích hợp để đảm bảo đầy đủ mức độ bảo vệ cho Dữ liệu Cá nhân. Chúng tôi cũng sẽ đảm bảo rằng người nhận ở Quốc gia khác có nghĩa vụ bảo vệ Dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn theo tiêu chuẩn bảo vệ tương đương với luật hiện hành.
Cơ sở hợp pháp của chúng tôi có thể là sự đồng ý của bạn (nghĩa là chúng tôi có thể yêu cầu bạn đồng ý chuyển Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn từ Quốc gia sở tại của bạn sang Quốc gia khác tại thời điểm bạn cung cấp Dữ liệu cá nhân của mình) hoặc chuyển giao dựa trên điều kiện pháp luật cho phép.
VI.BẢO VỆ DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN
Chúng tôi sẽ thực hiện các biện pháp kỹ thuật, tổ chức và pháp lý cần thiết để đảm bảo rằng Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn được bảo vệ. Điều này bao gồm các biện pháp để ngăn Dữ liệu Cá nhân bị mất, sử dụng hoặc truy cập trái phép. Chúng tôi giới hạn quyền truy cập vào Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn cho nhân viên của chúng tôi trên cơ sở cần biết. Những người xử lý Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn sẽ chỉ làm các hành động được ủy quyền và được yêu cầu xử lý thông tin của bạn một cách bảo mật.
Tuy nhiên, vui lòng hiểu rằng việc truyền thông tin qua internet không hoàn toàn an toàn. Mặc dù chúng tôi sẽ cố gắng hết sức để bảo vệ Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn, nhưng chúng tôi không thể đảm bảo tính bảo mật của Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn khi được truyền qua bất kỳ phương tiện trực tuyến nào, do đó, mọi sự truyền tải đều do bạn tự chịu rủi ro.
VII.QUYỀN CỦA BẠN ĐỐI VỚI DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN CỦA BẠN
Theo các luật và quy định hiện hành, bạn có quyền:
- Truy vấn về cách thức công ty xử lý Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn và được yêu cầu cung cấp một bản sao của Dữ liệu Cá nhân;
- Trong một số trường hợp, yêu cầu chỉnh sửa và/hoặc xóa Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn;
- Trong một số trường hợp, yêu cầu việc hạn chế hoặc phản đối việc xử lý Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn;
- Rút lại sự đồng ý của bạn đối với việc xử lý Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn (nơi chúng tôi đang xử lý Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn dựa trên sự đồng ý của bạn);
- Yêu cầu nhận hoặc truyền cho một tổ chức khác, ở định dạng máy tính có thể đọc được, Dữ liệu Cá nhân mà bạn đã cung cấp cho chúng tôi khi chúng tôi đang sử dụng Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn dựa trên sự đồng ý của bạn hoặc theo hợp đồng; và
- Khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo mật dữ liệu khi quyền riêng tư trên dữ liệu của bạn bị vi phạm hoặc nếu bạn bị tổn hại do việc xử lý Dữ liệu Cá nhân một cách bất hợp pháp.
Bạn có thể gửi yêu cầu xóa Dữ liệu Cá nhân của mình bằng cách đăng nhập vào tài khoản ứng viên của bạn trên hệ thống theo dõi ứng viên của chúng tôi (ví dụ: Workday). Mặt khác, bạn cũng có thể gửi yêu cầu thực hiện bất kỳ quyền nào của mình thông qua biểu mẫu được nêu trong Thông báo Quyền riêng tư này.
Khi bạn được cung cấp tùy chọn có đồng ý chia sẻ Dữ liệu Cá nhân của bạn với chúng tôi, bạn hoàn toàn có thể chọn không đồng ý. Nếu chúng tôi đã yêu cầu và bạn đã đồng ý nhưng sau đó bạn chọn rút lại, chúng tôi sẽ tôn trọng lựa chọn đó theo nghĩa vụ pháp lý của chúng tôi.

II.PENGGUNAAN DATA PERIBADI
Grab boleh menggunakan Data Peribadi anda untuk tujuan berikut yang dinyatakan dalam senarai di bawah (“Tujuan”):
- Menilai kemahiran, kelayakan, minat anda terhadap peluang kerjaya atau kesesuaian kami untuk pekerjaan dengan Grab dan untuk memastikan proses perekrutan yang adil, inklusif dan beretika;
- Berkomunikasi dengan anda tentang proses perekrutan dan permohonan anda
- Meningkatkan sebarang maklumat yang kami terima daripada anda dengan maklumat yang diperoleh daripada Pembekal Perkhidmatan Pihak Ketiga;

III.PENZAHIRAN DATA PERIBADI

IV.PENYIMPANAN DATA PERIBADI
